ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2022, pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent has no objection for transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2022 from the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

3. Accordingly, there shall be a direction for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2022, pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, may endeavour to dispose H.M.O.P.No.228 of 2022, on it being re-numbered, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
