ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents are attempting to establish a modern fish shop adjacent to her land has filed this writ petition for forbearing the respondent from establishing such a fish market. 2/5

2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submits that apart from the petitioner, some others have also raised objections. Therefore, the respondents have taken a decision not to establish any fish shop in the place in dispute mentioned by the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
