Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for directing the respondents to conclude the enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the enquiry report was submitted long back and the consequential proceedings have also been initiated.

4. Recording the said statement, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
