ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of the case in A.S.No.68 of 2018 from the file of Additional District Court, Virudhunagar, to the file of District and Sessions Court, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner/appellant is facing life threat at the hands of the defendants, it is very difficult for her to attend the Court.

3. This Court is not inclined to accept the said contention as there is no necessity for the petitioner/appellant to go to the Appellate Court, namely, the Additional District Court, Virudhunagar, to contest the appeal, when the petitioner is represented by a Counsel. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 2/4

4. However, considering that the Appeal Suit is of the year 2018, the learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar, shall endeavour to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.68 of 2018, within a period of four
