Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that pending this writ petition, the 2nd respondent herein had already issued a direction on 30.03.2015, directing the 5th respondent to close down the prayer hall. Pursuant to the said order, the 5th respondent had also closed down the prayer hall. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further adjudication is required to be passed in this writ petition.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
