The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the official respondents now brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was dismissed from service on 28.04.2014.
2.The writ petition is filed to forbear the respondents pursuant to the show cause notice dated 25.11.2013.
