The petitioner has approached this court for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.432 of 2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that the final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi through e-filing and it is yet to be taken on file.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
