The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to absorb the petitioner in any one of the vacancy in the existing post with reference to the educational qualification of the writ petitioner. 2.The very relief sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted, in view of the fact that the fourth respondent Co-operative Urban Bank was already under liquidation and therefore, the claim of the writ petitioner for appointment cannot be considered at all. The same cannot be considered even by the respondents as the Society is already in the liquidation process. Further, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner crossed the age of superannuation and therefore, there is no possibility of considering the case of the writ petitioner for appointment.
