ORDER
The order of the respondent dated 13.09.2019, is sought to be quashed in the present Writ Petition.
2.According to the petitioner, she was appointed as Assistant in Central Co-operative Bank, Pettai. While so, the petitioner has been transferred, by the impugned order dated 13.09.2019, from Tenkasi to Pavoorchatram. The petitioner has challenged the impugned order on the ground that normally, only after serving in a particular place for the period of three years, an employee can be transferred. In the present case, the petitioner is working in Tenkasi from 21.10.2017 for about two years. In view of assuming of charge by the Board of Directors on 13.09.2019, the petitioner was transferred from Tenkasi to Pavoorchatram, with a view to post the persons, who are supporting the elected board. 3.Heard Mr.S.Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathy, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.From the materials on record, it is seen that the petitioner is not only the person, who was transferred by the impugned order, but also other 8 employees were transferred from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.21062 of 2019 their existing place to other places. In the impugned order, it is stated that for administrative reason, the employees mentioned therein are transferred. The petitioner, except making bald allegation that she was transferred to accommodate the persons, who are supporting the elected board, has not substantiated the same, by any acceptable material. The contention of the petitioner that normally, only after three years, a person can be transferred, is not based on the bye-laws or rules.
5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
