ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that her complaint has not been enquired by the respondent Police has filed this petition seeking a direction to take action on his compliant dated 19.06.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the second respondent has conducted an enquiry and closed the same, on 27.06.2025.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
