To direct the II Additional District Judge (PCR Court) Tirunelveli to consider the Petitioners bail application in the same day of arrest or upon their surrender under Crime No. 371/2020 on the file of the 2nd Respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to a correction in the previous order and to rectify the same, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.11881 of 2020 dated 22.10.2020.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11881 of 2020 is extended further for a period of Fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
