ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.77 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent a letter requesting him not to proceed with this case any more and therefore, he has filed a memo dated 01.07.2021 along with a copy of the letter dated 24.06.2021, requesting this Court to dismiss the petition by recording the same.

3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, recording the memo dated 01.07.2021 this criminal original petition is dismissed with a direction to the trial Court to proceed with the trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
