ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents herein to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members along with put up fencing the petitioner`s land in Survey Nos.140/2A-12, 13 and 14 for an extent of 11 Cents situated at Ellakarai, Devasthanam Village, Pettavaithalai Post, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District vide petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2019

2. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as well as respondents 7 to 15, the sixth respondent registered complaint as against the petitioner as well as respondents 7 to 15 in Crime No.89 of 2019 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323,506(i) of IPC.

3. Therefore police protection cannot be considered now. Further the sixth respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint and file final report before the concerned court.

4. In the result, the petition is devoid of merits and it is dismissed.
