ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / A2 and A3, was arrested on 08.10.2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 468, 471 IPC and Section 4(1-A), 4(1)(aaa) of Prohibition Act and Section 25(1A) of the Arms Act in Crime No.581 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in possession of 48 quarter bottles case in 75 boxes in their car.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in the seized liquor bottles, atropine was found and hence, it was sent to chemical analysis and awaits result. Hence, she strongly objected for granting bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that atropine was found in the liquor bottles. I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
