O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to change the investigation of second respondent in Crime No.22 of 2000 to some other investigation agency and also sought for a direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the second respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C. No.44 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. He further submitted that, therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
