This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent No.2 for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2867 of 2022, dated 14.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Tahsildar, Sivakasi in Rc.No.A2/6835/2022, dated 27.08.2022, has sent a proposal to the Sub Collector, Sivakasi for issuance of patta.

3. In view of the above, there will not be any disobedience and the petitioner's case will be considered by the Sub Collector, Sivakasi for issuance of appropriate patta. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at 2/4
