2. The petitioners challenge the impugned proceedings dated 11.08.2015 issued by the second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is pointed out that the impugned order was passed by invoking Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011. The said circular has since been withdrawn. It is further stated by the second respondent that no criminal case has been registered against the petitioner. After the impugned order was issued, the circular itself was subsequently withdrawn. Therefore, the order impugned in this writ petition is set aside. This writ petition 2/4
