The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.474 of 2014, dated 20.09.2014 pending on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner, for the offences under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 463, 471 and 486 of IPC

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, VIrudhunagar. He further submitted that, therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
