Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner questions the validity of G.O.(Ms).No.16 Public Works(W2) Department dated 14.01.2011. The said GO. has already been upheld by a learned Judge of this Court vide order dated 20.10.2022 made in W.P.(MD)Nos.6840 of 2012 etc. batch.

3. Respectfully following the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
