Common Prayer:- Contempt petitions filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnor / 2nd respondent for disobedience of the order of this Court made in WP.(MD)Nos.7970, 7957, 7965, 7982, 7967, 7983, 7975, 7955, 7973, 7977 and 7966 of 2024 dated 25.04.2021. For Petitioner : Mr.Shaazim Sagar (in all Cont.Ps.) For Respondent : Mr.Mahaboob Athiff (in all Cont.Ps.) COMMON ORDER The petitioners have approached this Court that the order passed by this Court in WP.(MD)Nos.7970, 7957, 7965, 7982, 7967, 7983, 7975, 7955, 7973, 7977 and 7966 of 2024 dated 25.04.2021 has not been complied with. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/University submits that as against the order passed by this Court in WP.(MD)Nos.7970, 7957, 7965, 7982, 7967, 7983, 7975, 7955, 7973, 7977 and 7966 of 2024 dated 25.04.2021, writ appeals have been filed before the Division Bench of this Court in WA.(MD)Nos.845 of 2024 etc., batch. The Division Bench has also entertained those writ appeals and has also granted an order of interim stay 2/4

and by an order dated 25.08.2025, the Division Bench extended the interim order until further orders.

3.Since the Division bench has seized of the matter, these contempt petitions are closed with a liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy based on the outcome of the writ appeals.
