O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to change the investigation agency from the hands of the 1st respondent to respondent no.2 or some other competent agency in respect of the Cr.No.394 of 2016 dated 30.08.2016 on the file of 1st respondent.

2. Today, Mr.M.Robinson, Inspector of Police, Manur Police Station, Tirunelveli District is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.394 of 2016 was completed and a charge sheet was filed and after committal, the case is now pending in S.C.No.127 of 2017 on the file of learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli against one Vengidasamy and three others.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that Police have not taken any action against the accused persons.

4. As stated above, the four accused are facing Sessions trial for major offences under Sections 447 IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act. Under such circumstances, this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation as prayed for by the petitioner, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court does not find any infirmity in the investigation. Hence, this petition is closed.
