ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the complain given by the petitioner, dated 02.05.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,03.09.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.124 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, they came to know that the appeal in A.S.No.76 of 2020 is pending before this Court and taking note of the civil dispute pending between the parties, the complaint was ordered to be closed.
