ORDER

When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent by referring to the common order dated 08.12.2025 passed in Cont P(MD)Nos.2230, 2252 to 2261 of 2025 submits that these contempt petitions are arising out of the common order dated 25.04.2021 passed in WP(MD)Nos.7970 of 2024 etc., batch and this court has closed those contempt petitions filed by some other petitioners that the Division Bench of this court has seized the matter in WA(MD)No.845 of 2024, etc.,batch, filed as against the common order passed in WP(MD)Nos.7970 of 2024 etc., The very same issue is also involved in this contempt petition.

2.In view of the order dated 08.12.2025 passed in Cont P(MD)Nos.2230, 2252 to 2261 of 2025 this contempt petition is closed. 06.02.2026 DSK 2/4
