This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute in between the petitioner and the 5th respondent in connection with the suit in O.S.No.189 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul.

2.It is seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent herein in O.S.No.189 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul. W.P.(MD)No.16872 of 2015 dispute pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent herein. As such, the fourth respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent except any crime committed by the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent. 3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
