Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint against the third respondent. He wants the same to be enquired into. In the typed set of papers, except a copy of the complaint, there is no other material. If any prima facie material is placed before this Court, this Court can issue direction to the authority to conduct enquiry. For want of materials I am not in a position to grant relief. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
