ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.14 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent Police, for offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.14 of 2016 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.573 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
