Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to entertain the petitioner's application made through her agency namely Jai Balajee Security Services Private Limited which was returned vide proceedings in TN/RO/AMB/Return-Rejection/10605/2022, dated 10.05.2022 by the respondent without insisting her for the production of the copy of the School Transfer Certificate, Mark Sheet and Passport to change her date of birth as 12.12.1980 instead of 06.03.1985 in the records of the respondent and disburse the EPF amount to the tune of Rs.95,957/- laying on the credit of the petitioner's EPF Account No.TNAMB20688860000010530 and UAN No. 100572252556 in the light of the documents namely by the petitioner's Pan Card, Aadhaar Card and affidavit of the petitioner attested by the Notary Public within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner sought correction of her date of birth and disbursement of the benefits.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel submitted that the petitioner's date of birth has since been corrected and it is open to her to withdraw the benefits payable to her.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of by recording the aforesaid submission. No costs.
