ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his complaint dated 05.10.2021 has not been enquired by the respondent Police, has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner is of the year 2021 and it was closed even in the year 2021 itself. But, the petitioner has not challenged the closure report sofar. However, the petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2025.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has often visited the respondent Police to find out the fate of the complaint. However, the respondent Police has not furnished the details about the complaint. The petitioner is also not having any means to agitate the same by filing this petition.

Since it is reported that the petitioner's complaint was closed in the year 2021 itself, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
