ORDER

The order of suspension, dated 28.02.2014, on the ground that a criminal case was registered against him in C.C.No.8 of 2005, for the allegation of demand and acceptance of bribe, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the writ petitioner was convicted in the criminal case and consequently, he was removed from service. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner was convicted in the criminal case and removed from service, the writ petition filed challenging the order of suspension deserves no merits for consideration.
