ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue provisional, degree certificate and consolidated mark statement of the writ petitioner for completion of his B.Sc. Computer Science Course.

2. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Bharathidasan University/first respondent, all the certificates as prayed for in the writ petition have already been issued to the writ petitioner. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition. 2/4
