The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents from interfering with the service of the petitioner as Panchayat Secretary of Sirumaruthur Village Panchayat, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District.

2.The writ petitioner approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India on account of the interference by the then President of the Panchayat. Now that the tenure of the Panchayat President expired and the Special Officer is now administering the panchayat and therefore, the very cause arose during the relevant point of time became vanished and no further adjudication is required with reference to the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
