ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to depute any Inspector of Police other than the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.694 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent already completed the investigation and filed final report on 17.11.2017 itself.

3.Under these circumstances, depute a new Investigation Officer would not arise and this petition is devoid of merits. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
