ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to survey the properties situated in Survey Nos.10/10, 10/7, 10/8 and 10/9
in Valvarmangalam Village, Kadavoor Taluk, Karur District, by considering his representation dated 27.06.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Asok Kumar Ram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the sixth respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he and three other persons purchased the subject properties under a sale deed dated 11.06.2020. Subsequently, two of the co-owners, namely, Manju and Vijai Sankar, have released their shares in favour of the petitioner and Yoga Sankar under a release deed dated 04.01.2023.
Thereafter, patta was issued in the names of the petitioner and Yoga Sankar in Patta No.2805. The petitioner submitted an online application on 21.06.2025 in Application No. 2025/0123/14/004603, seeking survey of the subject properties. The same has not been considered.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 21.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattadhar, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
