ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 415, 420 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.104 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that accused persuaded the defacto complainant as he has taken three petrol bunks for lease and insisted the defacto complainant to enter into the business as a partner. Believing the words, the defacto complainant paid Rs.18,45,000/- and thereafter, the accused cheated him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. This is the second anticipatory bail application. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed an additional type set of papers by show-causing certain transactions of small amounts regularly being paid by the defacto complainant to the accused by G-Pay and other platforms and would submit that there are other business transactions such as lending of money. The allegation that the accused have received a huge amount of Rs.18,45,000/- is false.

5. Considering the agreement which is signed between the accused persons and the defacto complainant, already, this Court considered the issue in detail and 2/4

dismissed the anticipatory bail on 12.08.2024, I do not see any change of circumstances and merely because, some other transactions is also there, as portrayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
