..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to survey the land and fix the boundary stones in connection with Old Survey No.10, Sub divided as Survey No.10A3C4 to the extent of 3-1/2 cents situated at Pudhukovil Village, Keelakarai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the land and fix the boundary stones in connection with Old Survey No.10, Sub divided as Survey No.10A3C4 to the extent of 3-1/2 cents situated at Pudhukovil Village, Keelakarai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Yasar Arafath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that in response to the application submitted by the petitioner dated 30.03.2025, the subject property was surveyed on 07.07.2025. He also produced the acknowledgement signed by the petitioner.

4. A perusal of the same indicates that the subject property was surveyed on 07.07.2025, and the petitioner has also signed the acknowledgment, stating that he was not satisfied with the survey conducted by the respondents. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the survey, it is open to him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law 2/4

and seek a resurvey of the property. Since the survey has already been conducted pursuant to the petitioner's application, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction in this writ petition. However, if the petitioner submits any application seeking a resurvey of the property, the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
