ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to assign patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in S.No.2/5 of Seiyyanam Village, Minisal, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Divakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject property for more than three generations. The subject property was originally assigned in favour of one Rakkan, who died in the year 1999. However, the patta has now been changed in the name of the sixth respondent. The petitioner claims that the assignment, as well as the mutation in the revenue records, were effected without her knowledge. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 20.05.2025, seeking 2/5
cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the private respondent and issuance of patta in her name. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 20.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the sixth respondent and other interested parties.
