ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni District, as against the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.10.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 04.11.2020. Again on 04.11.2020, this Court ordered notice to the respondent and hence, it was directed to be posted on 07.12.2020.

3.Even today(07.12.2020), there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed for default.

Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petitions is closed.
