Since the petitioner has married a girl of his choice the said issue has been enquired into and confirmed by the respondent and therefore they have dropped further proceedings in First Information Report in Crime No.248 of 2024 registered under the caption under Woman Missing on 03.06.2021 by the Usilampatti Town Police Station..

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition and additionally, he has also made the following endorsement :
