ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to appoint the petitioner in the post of PG Assistant in anyone of the schools in the order of employment seniority.

2. The petitioner even at the time of filing of the writ petition was aged about 54 years during the year 2015. Now he would be around 59 years. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner has crossed the age of retirement for the post of PG Assistant, no further consideration is required as such and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
