This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.70 of 2016 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the 4th respondent or to any other investigating agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the third respondent police has already completed the investigation in Crime No.70 of 2016 and also filed a final report on 08.02.2019 itself.
