For Respondent : Mr.S.Prakash Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Petition for Extension of Time Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10235 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10235 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10235 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that the order copy made ready only on 07.07.2025, this petitioner was suffering from viral fever and for which he was taking treatment in hospital, hence, he is unable to deposit Rs.30,000/- to the credit of Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai and unable to produce surety and surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10235 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Sd/- 01.08.2025.
