This petition has been filed to quash the the impugned charge sheet in P.R.C.No.5 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the impugned charge sheet in P.R.C.No.5 of 2016 has been assigned as S.C.No.104 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
