Respondents Prayer :- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the 2nd respondent made in his proceedings in P.D.No.14/2019 dated 23.09.2019 in detaining the detenue u/s.2(b) of the Tamil Nadu 14 of 1982 as a Boot-Legger and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the Detenue namely Thiru C.Raji S/o. Chinnadurai, Male, aged about 47 years, who is detained in Central Prision, Tiruchirappalli, before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty.

HCP(MD). No.1006 of 2019 It is brought to our notice that the detenu is now taking treatment at M.G.M. Government Hospital, Trichy. The learned Counsel submitted that the detenu is having 7 blOcks in his heart and he is in a very serious condition. The Dean, MGM Government Hospital, Trichy is Directed to file a report before this court regarding the Medical state of the detenu. Post on 27.11.2019.
