This quash petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.152 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent Police, as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year.
