ORDER
Mr.P.Venkatesan, learned counsel on behalf of writ petitioner, after some arguments sought permission of this Court to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea to preserve the rights of writ petitioner to prefer a statutory appeal against second respondent's refusal to register settlement deed vide Receipt No.1291 of 2019 dated 01.04.2019 on the ground that there is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.21055 of 2019 objection from TamilNadu Hindu Religious Charitable Endowment Department. To be noted, such appeal shall be under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908 read with Rule 166 of Registration Rules.

3. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file. Endorsement is reiterated.
4. In the light of the endorsement and reiteration of the same, instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner to file statutory appeal in the aforesaid manner with a rider that in the statutory appeal, Thakkar/Fit person of Arulmigu Arasamarathadi Vinayagar Matrum Kozhumam Iyarvazh Dharmam temple shall also be arrayed as corespondent.
