2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing toady, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 29.07.2021, has been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the penal interest awarded by this Court is not properly paid.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If any amount is due and payable, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
