W.P.(MD).Nos.20578 to 20580 of 2021 COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.A1/5470/2021 dated 10.11.2021 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that , the Flying Squad has forcibly obtained signature from the petitioners. In this regard, the petitioners have lodged a complaint against the concerned Officer, due to which, they have been placed under suspension.
3. Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents/Corporation and submits that these petitioners have collected money more than Maximum Retail Price which was detected by the Flying Squad. Therefore, in order to avoid such incident, they have been placed under suspension.
4. Since the petitioners have been placed under suspension, the respondents/Corporation shall appoint an Enquiry Officer, issue charge memo and conclude the enquiry within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
