For Respondent : Mr.S.Prakash Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Petition for Extension of Time Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9022 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9022 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025. 1/3
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9022 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 and enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that though the said order has came to be passed on 21.05.2025, it has been found to have been uploaded in the official website of Hon'ble Madras High Court on 24.05.2025 and unfortunately when he arranged for sureties to be executed before the concerned Court, the petitioner had health ailment and had severe spine injury and due to which , they are unable to produce surety and surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9022 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from 2/3
the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
