ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to forbear the second respondent from in anyway interfering into the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 8 and consequently to restrain the respondents 2 to 8 from in anyway interfering into the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner into her property in Survey No.234/11 (New Survey No.234/11C) at Shiththargal Natham Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. 2/4

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioner had filed an affidavit stating that the entire issue has been settled between the parties and therefore, would seek to withdraw this writ petition as not pressed. 3.Recording the said affidavit dated 23.01.2023, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
