Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned Government Order in G.O.(1D)No.403 dated 29.05.2018 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal in so far as the Condition No.8(i) and consequently for a direction, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the General Transfer Counseling for the year 2018-2019 in accordance with the Government Order in G.O.(1D)No.256, School Education Department, dated 19.04.2017 within the time period stipulated by this Court. Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to accept the transfer application made by the petitioner dated 05.06.2018 and permit the petitioner to participate in the transfer counseling to be held on 16.06.2018 by relaxing the condition that the teacher might have joined prior to 01.06.2017 in the present working school.
